READ NOWNadia Kilburn (formerly Nadia Kourehdar) is a Pacific Northwest native, growing up in Olympia, Washington. She attended the University of Washington where she majored in Political Science and minored in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations.
She got her J.D. from Seattle University in May 2012. While at Seattle University, she worked for the legal clinic at Catholic Community Services representing tenants in disputes with their landlords. The Foreclosure Mediation Clinic at Seattle University made an impactful impression on her and changed the trajectory of her career moving forward.
After graduation, she became an Associate Attorney at Ark Law Group and eventually the owner and Managing Attorney in 2016. Here, she ran a team that negotiated over 2,500 mortgage settlements helping eliminate over $241 million in mortgage debt.
As the daughter of an Iranian immigrant, she possesses a deep commitment to social justice and serving her community.
In her spare time, you will find her practicing yoga, enjoying the outdoors, and reading.
